These terms apply to the Kanso app and this website, provided by Botiverse, Inc. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using Kanso
You may download Kanso and use it on Macs you own or control. Do not resell it, or remove its notices. Open source components inside it remain under their own licenses, listed under open source licenses.
You decide what gets deleted
Kanso and the agents it starts make suggestions, and can be wrong. Nothing is cleaned until you confirm it, and some methods cannot be undone, which each suggestion states. Check what you select, and keep backups of what matters to you.
Agents
Agents are separate products from other companies. You use them under your own account and their terms, and any quota or cost they use is yours. See Privacy for what they read.
No warranty
Kanso is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Botiverse, Inc. is not liable for lost data or for indirect or consequential damages from using it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
